Talent

Being good is not enough if nobody can see it.

Two systems carry progression at ZEVR, and they are deliberately separate. The Talent Network is how you become visible. The Grind is what the organization remembers about what you did.

Talent Network and Grind rules exist as domain design. Member-facing apply, Free Agent, and Grind surfaces are not open to the public yet — applications open only when a governed program does.

Talent Network

The discovery layer.

An open pool anyone will be able to enter when a program opens the door, read by people who are actually staffing something.

Open to enter

No invitation and no referral. The pool is the front door, and being in it is not a queue position that expires.

Read against a real need

Scouting happens when a program needs a role filled. You are assessed against that role, not sorted into a global ranking of everyone.

Visible either way

Not being right for one program is not a rejection from ZEVR. The record stays, and the next program reads it fresh.

The Grind

Evidence, with its provenance attached.

What you contributed, in the context it happened in, recorded so that a person deciding about you later can actually read it.

Contextual

A performance means something different in a scrim, a qualifier and a final. The context is stored with the evidence, because stripping it is how numbers start lying.

Explainable

Anything the organization holds about you can be shown to you as what it is and where it came from — not as an output nobody can account for.

Read by people

The Grind is an input to a human decision. It is never the decision.

The Grind is not a score. There is no single number that ranks members against each other, and there will not be one. A universal score compresses everything a person did into a figure that then makes decisions on its own — and the first thing anyone does with a number like that is optimise for it instead of for the work.

No AI decides who joins, plays, or leaves. Automated systems may organise and surface evidence. Selection, promotion, benching and removal are made by named people who record a reason, and that reason is part of the record.

What stays private

Not everything the organization knows is yours to see, and not everything is anyone's.

The boundary is drawn deliberately, and it runs in both directions.

Yours, and public if you want it

Your membership history, competitive record and contributions — the things you earned.

Yours, and never public

Internal evaluations written about you, safety matters, and anything relating to compensation. These are not published, and they are not shown to other members.

Kept when you leave

Access ends at departure. The record does not — it is the thing that made the opportunity worth earning.

Applying

Intake lives in the member portal.

Entry runs through the member portal — not a form that emails somebody.

The member portal is not open yet.

Application drafts, Free Agent profiles, and Grind evidence claims are recorded under your person record in the member portal. Public recruitment landing pages remain gated until GATE-P and program activation pass.

There is nothing to apply to in the meantime, and no address to send it to. When intake opens it opens here, and this page will say so instead of saying this.

ZEVR does not charge for entry, evaluation, trials or membership, and never will. Any site or person asking you to pay to be considered by ZEVR is not ZEVR.
