Structure first
Corporate structure, contracting and how people are engaged are being established. Until those exist, ZEVR cannot responsibly offer anyone a role.
Careers
ZEVR will need operators, coaches, analysts, producers and engineers. None of those roles are posted, and this page will not pretend otherwise while its structure is still being built.
Zero roles are open. There is no waitlist, no talent pool for staff roles, and no general application inbox.
Where things actually stand
This is a straight answer rather than a soft one, because the alternative wastes the time of the people most likely to read this page carefully.
Corporate structure, contracting and how people are engaged are being established. Until those exist, ZEVR cannot responsibly offer anyone a role.
Not one, and no count is implied anywhere on this site. When a role opens it will appear here, described properly.
There is nowhere to send a CV, deliberately. Collecting applications against roles that do not exist means people wait for an answer that was never possible.
Nothing on this page states or implies compensation, benefits, employment or contractor status. Those follow from a legal and contracting structure that is not finalised, and advertising them first would commit the organization to terms it cannot yet stand behind.
The work
Not a roles list. A description of the functions an esports organization needs in order to be one.
The people who make a season happen: scheduling, logistics, and everything that is invisible when it works.
Preparation, review and player development. Accountable for a program rather than attached to it.
Turning what happened into something a coach and a roster can act on before the next match.
Broadcast, streams and the technical craft of making competition watchable.
The day-to-day of the people around the organization, and the standards that keep it somewhere worth being.
The organization's own systems — identity, membership, competition and safety — and the surfaces people meet them through.
How hiring will work
When roles do open, they run through the organization's own governed process rather than beside it.
What the role is, who it answers to, and how the decision is made — before anyone spends an evening on an application.
The same commitment that governs competitive selection. No automated system decides who is hired.
Including no. Silence after an application is the industry norm and it is not one ZEVR is adopting.
Leadership is not advertised here. Roles that run parts of the organization are reached through contribution inside it, not applied for from outside. An organization that recruits its leadership by advert gets people who wanted the title.
Openings
Stated as a number so there is nothing to read between the lines of.
No roles are open at ZEVR.
When that changes, each opening appears on this page individually, with its own description and its own process. There will be no announcement that ZEVR is “hiring” without a specific role attached to it.
ZEVR is not currently able to engage anyone under 18 in any capacity, and is not inviting applications from minors.
