Editors and motion
Match coverage, highlights, the pieces that make a season legible after it has happened.
Creators
Editors, designers, broadcasters, writers and analysts. Creative work at ZEVR is contribution — the same category as playing, and recorded the same way.
No creator openings are posted yet. What is written below is how it will work when they are.
Who this is for
ZEVR is not looking for an audience to borrow. It is looking for people who make things well.
Match coverage, highlights, the pieces that make a season legible after it has happened.
Everything the organization looks like in the world — inside a frozen identity, which is a constraint and the interesting part of the job.
Calling matches, writing them up, and the analysis that makes a result mean something to someone who did not watch it.
There is no follower requirement. Not a minimum, not a preference, not a tiebreaker. An audience is something you may have; it is not evidence that you are good, and making it the entry condition is how organizations end up with well-followed work nobody wants to watch.
Credit
How contribution is recorded is the part most creator arrangements leave vague, so it is stated here first.
Work is credited to the person who made it, in the organization's record, and that attribution survives their departure.
ZEVR does not assume ownership of everything a member makes because they are a member. What the organization commissions and what you make on your own are different things, and the difference is written down before work starts.
A record of what you built here is yours to take. That is the point of keeping one.
Terms for any specific piece of work — including whether and how it is paid — are agreed in writing before that work starts. ZEVR is not advertising compensation arrangements on this page, because its contracting structure is not finalised and publishing terms it cannot yet stand behind would be worse than saying nothing.
Openings
This is where creator opportunities will appear.
No creator openings are open right now.
When ZEVR needs an editor, a designer or a broadcaster, the opportunity is posted here with what it is, who it reports to, and how it is decided.
There is no general portfolio inbox in the meantime. Inviting submissions with nothing to submit them to would waste the work of exactly the people this page is written for.
Creators will manage production work in the member portal — not a public drop box. The portal is not open yet, and Discord sign-in opens with it.
